South Florida Mom Struggling

Elizabehth Zapata is a hard workin mother at a company in miami called consew. She is the only one out of the whole family who works to take care of her son and family. The only problem in her life is she is in debt owing over 35,000 in credit card debt and about 3 years ago she was in a horrific car crash.

Elizabeth was with her son at work, her son waited until his grandmother got to the office because her son had a baseball game earlier that day. Finally the grandma arrived and took him. Around 3:30 Elizabeth went to run an errand for her boss. She had just finished cashing the check to the bank, she road a few miles down the road until a car hit her when she went to make a left turn,it turns out the guy that hit her turned outn 2 be an off duty police offer. The impact left elizabeth with two herniated disc,one crack disc and little pieces of glass left in her wrist.

elizabeth says "ill never forget that day, i never saw that car coming all i could do was cover my face and let the impact hit me. chris says " i remember being at the baseball game waiting for the next inninng to begin when suddenly a coach came yelling from the infield chris emergency go to the front of the campus.I kept asking my grandma who picked me up, whats wrong and she said you will see.When i got there all you saw was brusies and blood.

So this brings us to the trail with workers comp.It's has been over 3 years and they still don't want too pay for the 400,000 fusion operation. Which is ridiculous because they offered 20,000 leave and take and i loved her answer "f**K no". She has shown pictures and visual aids. The question is will she get the money?or get screwed by the judge.
